We are proud to announce the successful completion of our latest construction project in May 2024. NCS transformed an existing three-story medical office building into a vibrant five-story apartment complex in an urban setting. This comprehensive redevelopment involved total interior demolition, making way for a modern, mixed-use building with a total area of 56,000 SF.

The first floor will house a new commercial retail tenant, catering to both residents and the surrounding community. Residents can enjoy a variety of amenities designed to enhance their urban lifestyle, including a state-of-the-art workout room, a spacious recreation/game room, a dedicated bike storage and repair room, and versatile flex workspaces.

Floors two through five are home to 43 thoughtfully designed apartments, offering contemporary living spaces that combine comfort and functionality. Each apartment is crafted to provide an urban oasis with modern finishes and an open floor plan.

This project showcases our commitment to revitalizing urban spaces, providing both high-quality residential options and valuable commercial opportunities in the heart of the City of Troy.

This project consisted of a new wood-framed clubhouse for an upscale apartment complex in Saratoga County. This modern, open-concept facility spans over 11,000 SF and is designed to offer residents a luxurious and comprehensive suite of amenities.

The clubhouse boasts an array of features tailored to promote wellness and community. The centerpiece is an indoor swimming pool with a stunning waterfall feature, set beneath soaring cathedral ceilings that enhance the spacious, airy feel of the interior. For sports and fitness enthusiasts, the clubhouse includes a versatile sports flex gym area, a dedicated yoga studio, and a fully equipped workout room.

Residents can also enjoy a private function area, perfect for events and gatherings, as well as a state-of-the-art golf simulator. The outdoor patio and upper deck provide additional spaces for relaxation and socializing, with scenic views and ample seating.

The building's second floor houses offices that overlook the elegant lobby, combining functionality with a contemporary aesthetic. This clubhouse exemplifies our commitment to creating inviting and versatile spaces that enhance the living experience for upscale apartment communities. This project consisted of the construction of a brand new, 130-unit storage facility in Rotterdam, NY. Construction was completed in October 2023.

This project consisted of a 68,000 SF addition to the existing marijuana production & processing facility in Chestertown, NY. The expansion included (8) new greenhouse bays as well as a 25,000 SF pre-engineered metal building. Construction began in July 2021 and was completed in August 2023. Once complete, the new space more than tripled the size for production of medical marijuana and offered a larger processing area for products.

This project consists of a wide scope of work for the mechanical upgrades to the New York State Thruway Authority in Albany, NY. Our scope of work included, saw-cutting of existing slabs for new mechanical underground, pouring new slabs and pads for new mechanical units, miscellaneous wall framing, CMU in-fills, and new door openings.

This project consists of the interior fit-ups for two units at the new Mohawk Harbor. Our scope of work includes high end finishes including flooring, paint, light fixtures, millwork, stone countertops, tile, and finish carpentry.

Park Place on the Peninsula is a brand new apartment community located on the Mohawk River in the Town of Halfmoon, NY. The site is unique as it is one of the only waterfront properties along the Mohawk River that is directly on the water. The backdrop of the property to the west is a tall woodland hillside. At the toe of this hillside, is the location of the former Historic Erie Canal. The 36+ acre site is approved for 244 residential apartment units. The project consists of 2-story, 10-unit, wood-framed buildings. Northeastern Construction Services has begun work on Phase 1 which consists of (7) buildings. A clubhouse will be built as part of Phase 2.

The Real McCoy Beer Co. will soon occupy a state-of-the-art brewery located within a converted industrial warehouse in downtown Albany! This project not only rejuvenates the former Huck Finn's Warehouse, but also integrates seamlessly with the surrounding apartments and retail spaces, fostering a vibrant community atmosphere. This unique setting offers an inviting and dynamic environment for both locals and visitors.

Spanning 12,000 SF, the brewery provides ample space for production, dining, and socializing. The modern design incorporates an open environment concept, promoting a sense of community and interaction. Industrial elements of the original warehouse have been preserved and integrated into the design, creating a unique aesthetic that pays homage to the building's history. The brewery includes a full-service restaurant offering a diverse menu to complement its craft beers. The restaurant's open layout allows patrons to view the brewing process, enhancing their overall experience. With high ceilings, large windows, and carefully curated decor, the space is designed to be both functional and visually appealing.

The new brewery is more than just a place to enjoy craft beer; it serves as a community hub where residents and visitors can gather, dine, and socialize! The integration of this modern brewery within a historic warehouse highlights our commitment to innovative development while preserving the character and charm of our city.
